This program was created to meet the needs of our commuters and those who want to cross train. It’s once a week so you can focus on your training with us while maximizing your play-time the rest of the week! This program does not include a fitness appraisal, and is less structured then the Twice a Week Program.

- Locations TBA- We rotate around exciting outdoor locations throughout Squamish
- Trainers are certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors and maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
- Classes are limited – 6-12 participants, pre-registration required (limited drop-in spots available if numbers allow)
